Improved support for mod maps.

To run a server with a mod map do the following:

1. Add the mod id to the Mods list.
2. Select 'Custom' from the Map dropdown list.
3. Type the name of the map in the Custom Map Name text box.
4. Start the server, the mod map will download automatically.
