• Fixed Windows display scaling bug, Arkasm nows displays correctly when Windows display scaling is set to values other than 100%

• Major reworking of how settings are handled in the .ini files.
  This means that now all settings can be reset to default values by clicking the red cross next to their value to individually reset then, or click the reset all button on each tab to reset all settings on that tab.
  As well as being able to reset settings, Arkasm now maintains a list of settings that it is managing, and it only writes those to ini files, resetting a value to default by using the reset buttons, removes it's entry from the ini file, whereas previously, it would still be in the file, but with the default value. This has a couple of benefits, first it means that if Arkasm's idea of the default value is different from Ark's you can easily use the server default value, without having to know what it is and secondly, if I make a mistake with a setting you can effectively disable it by using the reset button, until such time as I fix it. Previously, Arkasam would have kept adding the errant setting regardless.
