- Improved server state monitoring in scheduled restart code, to prevent starting duplicate server instances.
- Fixed auto-restart checkbox not always correctly updating the saved state.
- Added more settings and adjusted UI.
- Fixed some cross thread exceptions in Discord bot functions.
